Gender equality

Gender equality means equal opportunities, equal visibility and equal presence of men and women in all spheres of a private and public life. Developing of mental and cognitive sensitivity for the issues of gender equality has the first class primary civilizational importance for education, as the essential characteristic of a society and an individual. As an important segment in the direction of the awareness increase on the significance of gender equality, the State University Senate adopted the Accomplishment Gender Equality Plan at its session held on 29 th March, 2023. The main aim of adopting of the Accomplishment Gender Equality Plan is monitoring of gender equality development, with the devotion of the University of Technology in Novi Pazar in promoting gender equality in all of its levels. The Plan contains the analyze of the current condition of gender equality, but also the aims, measures and actions to allow the ambient of equal opportunities and equality culture.

For the monitoring of the Plan realization, by the Decision of the University of Technology in Novi Pazar Senate, on 29th March 2023, it was established the Gender Equality Committee at the University of Technology in Novi Pazar.

The members of the Gender Equality Committee at the University of Technology in Novi Pazar are:
